Well, Wanaka Farm is Peer-to-Peer farmland and economy simulation game. It is inspired by a dreamy beautiful town on the South Island of New Zealand. At Wanaka Farm, players will immerse themselves in the role of a happy farmer by cultivating lands, crop farming, breeding pets, decorating their own virtual land, and participating in the construction of the Wanaka Metaverse.

Wanaka farm is targeted towards different players from different ranges of ages and social classes all over the world. But mainly it is aimed at the sector of gamers who love realistic farming games. They will need a strategy based on the rarity of the land, the number of lands, levels, and seasons. In addition, having a helper pet is an aspect that requires a total change of strategy. Players must be able to manage their time and resources in real-time within a cooperative P2P environment. Wanaka Farm is a real challenge for real farm gamers.

The scholarship system does not align with our vision of a decentralized economy. That’s why we developed our own version of a Land Rental System. Here each land owner has the option of placing a number of plots for rent and receives the agreed payment at the end of the term. All production from the rented land is the property of the tenant, including rewards, generated tokens, and NFTs produced by the rented plots. In fact, if someone wants to try the game without investing in Land, they can use the Rental System, rent land, and enjoy all the mechanics and rewards of the game until the rental period ends.

And I want to insist that, WANAKA FARM ‘scholarship’ system can allow the players to keep their Land farming and share a part of their land with the Tenant and earn an extra $WANA income.

At Wanaka Farm, all NFT items can be traded using the Binance Smart Chain in the Marketplace on our official site. But the internal P2P economy component runs on our own platform, which means that players do not have to pay gas for the game actions or internal transactions, instead, small commissions are generated in-game tokens that are burned. In addition, no one from the Wanaka team decides the sale prices of any item, we do not set a minimum price for the sale of products or crops, for the sale of NFT items, or for the land rental system. All prices in the internal market, the marketplace, and the rental system are controlled by the players.

That’s nice, no control over the price of game assets makes it a more transparent and decentralized platform for players. And the burn mechanism surely does well with the in-game token price and cycling.

Well, You can start with even less than 1$ to rent the land.

You need a wallet with an address on the Binance Smart Chain and some BNB to buy Tokens. We have a couple of tutorials on our YouTube channel for those who want to start with their own land and another tutorial for those who want to start using the Rental System. The main thing is to continue the development of the game. Wanaka Farm already offers a complete game experience with functional game mechanics but there are still game components, land types, and mechanics to integrate. Projecting into the future has been a challenge for us, but after surviving the hardest part of Cryptowinter we are determined to continue working on the development of the game. We are very close to reaching one year of life and that has a lot of value for us. Anyone who wants to invest in Wanaka Farm can take this as a sign of our determination to continue working to offer a complete and fun game.

Long-time investors can stake their Tokens on our staking website, with the maximum time lock being 180 days. the APR now is fixed so that their financial planning is secured.
Trust me, the profit is quite much higher than playing the game, playing the game's first priority is having fun!

In this crypto winter- we are trying to collab with the bigger game hubs to absorb their users, like Magic Square (An App Store just for Defi App listing), GameFi.org Guilds…
We are also listing our game on traditional app stores like Google Play store and Apple Store to gain the normal game players

hm, As you can see, we build up our users in each nation to become members of the project, like Mr. Tamagotchi here.
We also have a network of 18 ambassadors all over the world.
Last July, we sent out ~ 150 Wanaka Farm T-shirts globally to our users. We couldn’t have done it successfully without our supporters.

Regarding the first part, the whole community has access to the developers. Every 15 days we have a Chat with the developers where the community can give feedback, suggestions, and opinions on the development of the game. So the community has the opportunity to learn directly from the developers how the development of the project is going.

I see that Wanaka Farm wants to connect Game Developers with gamers through Cryptocurrency. Can you explain in more detail how it works?
— > Actually we did the DAO system to let everyone vote on the project’s changes needed. However, right now the resources are limited, so we haven’t fully provided other tools like DAO Charters, and Forum to maintain democracy in the crypto environment.
What kind of relationship do you want to create between Game Developers, Gamers, and Wanaka Farm?
— > Every 2 weeks, we have AMA internally with our game players, and token holders to listen to their voices, contribution, or even critics on what we are doing, to adjust the long-term strategy, we also often ask the community for the help to coach new users coming, besides our CMs.
People are always worried about the transaction speed because they worry about their transaction going to fail. How fast and secure is Wanaka Farm's gaming platform? If the number of users spikes, will transactions on Wanaka Farm get congested?
— > Our system has been upgraded at least 3 times over 01 year. besides, We are confident with the issue-ticket system to support solving cases that occurred.

Well, as I said, the Tradition Game market is very eager with P2E, however, There’re not many games that can suit them, in terms of entertainment and ease of play.
Wanaka Farm is changing the Game flow & experience to serve the free users from the Mobile App store, and coaching them gradually to turn into crypto users, equipping them with a basic understanding of NFT, investment, and TRUE OWNERSHIP in a GameFi project.

1. Product quality: Gameplay & entertainment: A game must be fun and addictive.
2. Deep understanding of DEFI & Blockchain: we have 02 free markets in the game to support our users to do their daily activities without touching the blockchain (to avoid the gas fee): it is WanaTrade that you can use to trade the agriculture products to do the quests and make more earning. secondly, is the Rental system that a Leasor can rent their land freely, up to another 3 tenants.

Yeah, after the Free-user version is completed, we will focus in develop the society within the game, where the users can interact with each other, and form relationships, and clans. And then work together in VR, to create a small metaverse within.

A long time ago, we did a market study. for the Farming game, we don’t have many competitors. Even the biggest one Neighbor Alice didn’t launch the game yet.
In Wanaka Farm, we do what we think is good for farm game lovers and trading lovers. Even we have the Pet system to support the farming for those who don’t have enough time to take care of the farm manually.
Our strategy? I think just focus to build and serve to the users, patiently. We don’t have many notable examples or competitors to compete or follow. (I really mean it)
